The Pink Lady Cocktail

Ingredients

• •1 1/2 fluid ounces gin
• •1/2 fluid ounce applejack
• •3/4 fluid ounce lemon juice
• •1/4 fluid ounce grenadine
• •1 egg white
• •1 cup ice

Steps

1. 1Combine gin, applejack, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 10 to 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice; cover and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled wine glass.
