Sweet Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• •2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
• •1/2 stick butter
• •1 cup milk
• •salt and pepper, to taste
• •1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Steps

1. 11. In a pot that covers the potatoes with water, bring to a boil. The sweet potatoes are done when they are fork tender.
2. 22. Mash the potatoes with a hand mixer (or fork or masher) and slowly add in butter and milk until potatoes are creamy and mashed to your preferred consistency. Add a touch of cinnamon for added flavour.
