Creamy Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• •1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
• •1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• •4 tablespoons butter
• •1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• •salt and pepper to taste
• •2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• •1 onion, finely diced

Steps

1. 1In a saucepan, combine celery soup, flour, butter or margarine, garlic salt, salt and pepper, spinach and onion. Whisk together and cook over medium heat until hot and thick.
